Arts and Culture Framework Plan

Moorhead has long been known as a place that invites creative expression, a place that is welcoming of people of all ages and a home to cultural expression in a breadth of forms.  The City of Moorhead is developing a vision for the future of Arts and Culture in Moorhead.  The goal is a roadmap that articulates the value of arts and culture to be incorporated into community and economic development activities and inspires the growth of the creative sector throughout the city.  Your voice is important in shaping the future of our arts and cultural community.

Moorhead's Arts and Culture Commission has gathered community input and developed a roadmap for the development of arts and culture in Moorhead through a comprehensive planning process resulting in the Moorhead Arts and Cultural Framework Plan.

This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through grants from the Lake Region Arts Council, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the Arts and Cultural Heritage fund.
