The Commercial-Industrial Property Tax Exemption Program is intended to encourage economic development and investment opportunities for new or expanding businesses located in areas outside of the Moorhead Renaissance Zone. Projects that increase the new assessed building value by more than $250,000 and meet minimum job goals may qualify.
