Records Division

The Records Division receives and processes all requests for Police Department data in accordance with department policy and Minnesota Data Practices law under Minnesota State Statute 13.82.

Office Hours

8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
Closed on holidays and weekends.

There is a fee for all printed materials, reports and local record checks. Records staff will advise you of any charges before processing requests for printed or copied materials. All requests are handled on a first come, first serve basis.
