The proposed project area includes the street and/or underground utility work along 2 Ave N from 8 to 12 St, 10 St N from 1 to 2 Ave, and 12 St N from 1 to 2 Ave. The street improvements on 2 Ave and 12 St N are included in the City’s 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan and are scheduled for construction of improvements in 2023. The project also includes sanitary sewer and water utility relocation that must be completed in advance of the proposed 11 St Underpass project. Please see the Interactive Construction Project Map for more information.
