22-A2-06 – 7 & 8 St Mill & Overlay

The proposed project area includes the streets of 7 and 8 St from 1 Ave N to Center Ave.  These streets are included in the City’s 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan and are scheduled for construction of improvements in 2023. Improvements include a mill & overlay of the entire roadway pavement section, as well as improvements to sidewalks, curb & gutter, driveways, and utility castings. Please see the Interactive Construction Project Map for more information.
