Urban Hike: Animals & Habitats of the Red River hosted by the Red River Zoo
Due to high river levels, the paddling excursion has been changed to an urban hike. The trail is 3 miles total with a presentation during the beginning portion of the hike, then self-paced on the return.
Participants will meet at Hjemkomst Landing.
Participants are encouraged to bring water and wear appropriate shoes and clothing for a 3-mile hike according to the predicted weather.
Moorhead Parks & Recreation and River Keepers partner to offer the river paddling excursion and urban hike activities.
