The preliminary autopsy results from the Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office confirmed the identity of the homicide victim as Terry Klevgaard, age 60, of Moorhead. The cause of death has been listed as "multiple sharp force injuries." The investigation determined that the victim was last seen on April 1, 2023.
A suspect has been identified as Robert Icanberry, age 57, with no permanent address, Moorhead, MN. Investigators determined Icanberry traveled to CA after being in Moorhead. He has been located and taken into custody in Freemont, CA. Investigators from the Moorhead Police Department and the MN Bureau of Apprehension have traveled to CA to interview the suspect. He is currently being held at the Alameda County, CA., jail on an arrest warrant from the Clay County Attorney's Office. Icanberry will eventually be extradited to the Clay County Correctional Facility.
