Please submit your bid proposal for stated fees and tow charges for each type of tow as outlined within the specification sheet "Schedule A - Fees". Sealed bids should be submitted to the Moorhead City Clerk, 403 Center Avenue, Moorhead, MN 56560 no later than 11:30 am, March 28, 2025.
