Parks Tracks & Trails Maps
Parks & Trails Finder
This mobile friendly Map shows the locations and uses of Moorhead's trail systems. Buttons in the upper right toggle the map between a winter and summer view to showcase the different recreation opportunities in each season.
The Amenity Finder button launches the Parks & Trails Finder application, which uses filter switches to find parks that have one, or a collection of amenities for visitors to enjoy.
River Corridor Trails
In 2014, Moorhead adopted the River Corridor Plan; envisioning a continuous trail along the Red River, connecting M.B. Johnson Park in the north to the Bluestem Center in the south. This map displays trail routes, as well as past, current, and future funding to complete these routes. For more information, visit the River Corridor site.

Moorhead: A City with "Walkability"
Thanks to a grant from Partnership 4 Health, the City of Moorhead has designated two neighborhood walking loops to help promote this fun and healthy form of exercise! The first loop circles The Meadows Public Golf Course and Moorhead High School neighborhood. The second loop is located in the Reinertsen Elementary School neighborhood. Look for our blue and orange "Moorhead Walks This Way" signs to guide you by scanning the QR codes at the bottom of the signs!
