On Tuesday, August 20, officers located the body of Jaelyn Walker, who had been reported missing earlier on Monday evening. Through the investigation, Isaac Arndt, who is known to Walker, was taken into custody for the murder of Jaelyn Walker.
The investigation is still active, and the preliminary report from the Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office has yet to be received. We will not be disclosing a cause of death until that time. We believe this was an isolated incident between two known individuals, and there is no known danger to the public.
