On June 4, 2024 at approximately 10:07 pm the City of Moorhead Police Department responded to a motor vehicle crash causing injury in the 3400 block of 30 Street South. Several people reported that a vehicle struck a person and the front of a house. Officers located the victim who had minor injuries including cuts and abrasions. From the preliminary investigation it was learned that the suspect arrived causing a disturbance. When she was confronted, she drove her vehicle onto the lawn striking the victim and the front step of the house. The suspect fled the scene in the same vehicle. All persons involved are known to each other and there is no known threat to the public. The investigation is on-going and criminal charges will be pursued.
