Make parking a breeze and take advantage of LinkFM's event route. Park and wait near one of LinkFM's 12 downtown FM bus stops, wave to the LinkFM driver when you see the bus coming and board for free. 11 am: River Keepers Urban Hike
Explore the banks of the Red River in downtown Moorhead. Cold-weather clothing is a must.
12 pm (INSIDE): Snowga hosted by Total Balance Fitness
Discover peace and tranquility through yoga! Join local instructor Ginny Carlson as she leads Snowga, a fun, accessible practice for all ages and levels of yoga students.
1 pm (INSIDE): Dance Attack hosted by Total Balance Fitness
Join us for this 45-minute power-packed fitness dance party! A large variety of music is used along with conditioning for the entire body, broken down into simple dance patterns. This format is fun for all ages, shapes and fitness levels.
2 pm (OUTSIDE): Winter Yoga hosted by Caroline McGuire of CJM Yoga
Join a holistic outdoor yoga practice for all ages, backgrounds and ability levels. This experience will include movement through postures, breathwork and meditation. Please dress for outdoor winter weather (snow pants, boots, coat, hat, gloves, etc.). There is no need to bring a yoga mat - perhaps just a thermos of your favorite warm beverage and some hand warmers for comfort!
