Construction Manager At Risk – Matson Field Stadium Project

The City of Moorhead, Minnesota (the "City" is accepting Proposals for a Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR) to provide pre-construction services and construction phase services including a Guaranteed Maximum Price for the construction of Matson Field Stadium Project. Included in the project is removal of the existing backstop, construction of a new elevated concrete grandstand with aluminum seating and a new press box. The project construction will be completed in 2025 with full use of the facility for the 2026 season.
