The Moorhead Police Department is proud to announce the launch of a new application designed to provide the public another way to connect with the police department and submit anonymous tips directly from their smartphones.
The tip411 app creates a two-way line of communication between the public and the Moorhead Police Department, allowing residents to anonymously share information that can assist in solving crimes and enhancing public safety across our community.
Important: tip411 is for non-emergency use only. Tips may not be reviewed immediately.
- To report a crime or speak with an officer, please call the Red River Regional Dispatch Center 701.451.7660.
- In an emergency, always call 911.
