Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Moorhead, Minnesota will meet at 5:45 pm on
Tuesday, October 15, 2024, to consider the application of Norcaster LLC, 18898 100 Place N, Maple Grove, MN, for tax incentives which the applicant will use in the construction of a full-service restaurant and event center located at 2605 8 St. S., Moorhead, Minnesota, and is legally described as follows:
Parcel 58.100.0660 – A portion of Lot 1, Block 3, Brookdale Addition, in the city of Moorhead, Clay County, Minnesota.
City Council meetings will be live-streamed to the
City’s homepage, on
YouTube, and will air on Moorhead Community Access Media (MCAM) on Midco Channel 12 or Sparklight Channel 58.
The City of Moorhead welcomes and encourages public participation. To participate and/or make a public comment in person, you must fill out a request to speak form. You will be given three minutes to speak. If you wish to make a comment prior to the meeting, or make arrangements to speak virtually during the meeting, please contact the

This notice is given by the above-named applicant/project operator pursuant to the provisions of 2024 Minn. Stat. 469.1734 Subd. 7.
