Public Assistance Requested with Homicide Investigation
The Moorhead Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating a cell phone connected to the homicide investigation reported earlier today. The phone, a Galaxy Samsung with an orange case, may be located somewhere in an extensive search area between the crime scene, 6 Avenue and Elm Street South, Moorhead, and the 1700 block of 5 Avenue South in Fargo.
We are also looking to speak with two separate drivers who gave the suspect, Isaac Arndt, a ride on the evening of Monday, August 19. The first ride was from an unknown location to the 1700 block of 5 Avenue South in Fargo, and the second ride was from an unknown location to the Moorhead Police Department. (A photo of Arndt is attached to assist the drivers who gave him a ride.)
