Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Moorhead is soliciting comments from interested parties on the Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR) updates for the North, East and South Growth Area Plans.
An AUAR is authorized under Minnesota Rules, Chapter 4410.3610, as an alternative form of environmental review for development projects and areas.
For the AUARs to remain valid as the environmental review document for the areas, the documents need to be updated every five years until all development in the study areas have received final approval. The AUAR documents can be viewed here: City of Moorhead : Long Range Planning
