Traffic Alert: 4 Ave N and 30 St N Improvements
Phase 3 of construction is anticipated to commence on or after Wednesday, June 12 (see map below). Per the contractor’s schedule, this phase of work is anticipated to last for 2-3 weeks, dependent on weather and other coordination factors.
Properties that are located within Phase 3 are in a “rehabilitation” area and will lose direct or partial access to their driveways. 30 St N will be closed except for local traffic going into Vogel Law or trucks using the Runnings southernmost driveway.
