Traffic Alert: 4 Ave N and 30 St N Improvements
This project (24-A2-05) will consist of full depth pavement replacement (30 Ave N from 2 Ave N to 4 Ave N) and mill and overlay (4 Ave N from 28 St N to 30 St N) of the roadway, as well as curb & gutter replacement, sidewalk & ADA improvements, and underground utility improvements.
Phase 2 of construction is anticipated to commence on or after Wednesday, May 22 (see map below). Per the contractor’s schedule, this phase of work is anticipated to last for 2-3 weeks, dependent on weather and other coordination factors.
Properties that are located within Phase 2 are in a “rehabilitation” area (see map below) and will lose direct or partial access to their driveways. 30 St N will be closed except for local traffic going into Vogel Law or trucks using the Runnings northernmost driveway.
