Investigation Leads to Arrests and Seized Drugs
On Monday, December 18, 2023, members of the Moorhead Police Department and other assisting agencies conducted a traffic stop near Moorhead on Interstate 94. During the search of the vehicle, officers located approximately 2,600 M30 Fentanyl pills with a street value of approximately $26,000.
Trevor Gabrick, age 25, Plymouth, MN; Desmine Moore, age 24, Robbinsdale, MN; Dupree Williams, age 30, Hopkins, MN; and Steven Smith, age 32, Crookston, MN, were all transported to the Clay County Correctional Facility. All have long-form complaints filed requesting Felony Aggravated First Degree Controlled Substance charges.
The Clay County Sheriff's Office, Cass County, ND Drug Task Force, MN State Patrol, and the MN Bureau of Criminal Apprehension assisted the Moorhead Police Department.
