Sebastian McDougall sworn in as Ward 4 Council Member
Sebastian McDougall was sworn in as a Ward 4 Council Member at the Sept. 11, 2023, City Council meeting. He fills the opening left upon Steve Lindaas’ resignation.
McDougall earned his BS in Exercise Science from NDSU. He is a small business owner who works as a consultant. McDougall has served on the City of Moorhead Park Advisory Board and the Public Service Commission. He also volunteered for the Moorhead Basketball Association and has been part of Spud Boosters for many years. He is married to Tracy and has two grown sons.
McDougall will serve through Dec. 31, 2024, unless elected in the November 2024 General Election.
