Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Moorhead will hold a Public Hearing at the Hjemkomst Center Auditorium, 201 1st Ave N, on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at 5:30 pm to consider the following items:
1. Request of MHI Minnesota, LLC for an amendment to a Conditional Use Permit for Self-Storage in CC: Community Commercial at:
3220 8th St S - Parcel 58.060.0170 – Lot 5, Block 3, Belslys First Addition
2. Request of J. Knopf, on behalf of MN Department of Transportation, for the following considerations relating to 111 8th St N – 58.575.1700, ALL OF BLK 70, PT OF BLK 68 ORIGINAL MOORHEAD, PT OF BLK 4 HOLES ADDN & PT OF VAC 7TH ST, PT OF OUTLOTS 22C, 22D, 24D; ALL OF 23E & 24D TO MOORHEAD, City of Moorhead, Clay County, Minnesota:
A. Conditional use permit to allow excavation in the Floodway (FW) and Flood Fringe (FF)
B. Conditional use permit to allow the construction of a storm sewer outfall in the Floodway (FW)
At the hearing, the City of Moorhead will afford an opportunity for interested persons to be heard with respect to these items.
