Notice is hereby given that the Oakport Joint Powers Board will hold a Public Hearing at the Hjemkomst Center Auditorium, 201 1st Ave N, on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at 4:30 pm to consider the following items:
- Request of Kent Gregoire, on behalf of Bert’s Truck Equipment of Moorhead, Inc., for a Conditional Use Permit to expand an existing business in Tract 3 of the Oakport Joint Powers Area at the following property:
3804 Highway 75 N – Parcel 23.028.1302 - PT SW1/4 NE1/4 BEG 196.51' & 373' N OF SW1/4 NE1/4 COR; N545', E666.85', S442.92', W423.53', S102.58' & W264' TO POB 28-140-48 (abbreviated – full description available upon request)
At the hearing, the Oakport Joint Powers Board will afford an opportunity for interested persons to be heard with respect to these items.
