City of Moorhead Police Department welcomes four new officers

On Thursday, July 6, four new officers were officially sworn in during a ceremony at the City of Moorhead Police Department.
- Officer James Eggert grew up in Moorhead and is currently working on his master’s degree in criminal justice at Minnesota State University Moorhead. He attended skills training in Alexandria.
- Officer Adam Koep is from in St. Cloud. He graduated from Minnesota State University Mankato with a bachelor's degree in law enforcement and attended skills training in Hibbing.
- Officer Anthony St. Clair is from Waubun and attended college at Fond Du Lac Tribal Community College. He worked at White Earth Police Department for 2 1/2 years and also as an EMT.
- Officer Carter Dubord grew up in Barnesville and attended skills training in Alexandria. Carter has worked at Barnesville Cenex, Wiesgram Metal Fabrication Inc. and Dunham’s Sports.
