Valley Triad Hosts Seminar for Seniors on Managing Mobility

Valley Triad is hosting a free seminar featuring experts from Ethos Care who will educate seniors about preventing falls, home modifications, safety recommendations and exercises to improve balance.  AARP Safe Driving instructor Bev Henning will also share vehicle mobility improvements drivers can make to increase comfort in their vehicle.  Please see flyer for all the details. 

What is Valley Triad?  Valley Triad is a local non-profit made up of Cass and Clay County seniors, service agencies and law enforcement who work together to enhance senior safety.  If you would like to get involved, you are invited to attend our monthly meetings held on the last Tuesday of every month at 9:30 am at the Hjemkomst Center, 202 1 Avenue North in Moorhead.
