Public Hearing Notice - Planning & Zoning

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Moorhead will hold a Public Hearing at the Hjemkomst Center Auditorium, 201 1st Ave N, on Monday, March 6, 2023 at 5:30 pm to consider the following items:

  1. Request of Classic Touch Lounge, LLC for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a nightclub adjacent to a residential use in the CC: Community Commercial Zoning District at 1500 11th St N – 58.900.1740 – Outlot 32-E Section 32, Township 140, Range 048

  2. Request of Scott Moen, on behalf of American Legion Post 21, for a Conditional Use Permit for an existing Dynamic Display Sign within 150 ft of an area zoned for residential use at 303 30th St S – 58.207.0050 – Lot 1, Block 2 Less S 563.92', Replat of Eastgate 2nd Addition

At the hearing, the City of Moorhead will afford an opportunity for interested persons to be heard with respect to these items.

If you cannot attend the hearing in person and wish to make a comment, please submit oral or written comments no later than noon the day of the meeting to:

The meeting will be live-streamed on the City’s Youtube Channel and on air on Moorhead Community Access Media (MCAM) on Midco Channel 12 or Sparklight Channel 58.
