On September 6th, 2022 at 7:59PM, the Moorhead Police Department responded to the Bottle Shoppe, located at 1314 1st Avenue North, on a report of a robbery with a gun. Officers learned a suspect had entered the business, displayed a handgun and demanded money. The suspect was given an undisclosed amount of cash and fled the scene on a bicycle. The firearm was only displayed and the employee was not harmed during this incident.
The suspect is described as a male, 5’8 tall with a skinny build. He was wearing dark pants, grey hooded sweatshirt and a black medical mask. The suspect’s bicycle was blue or silver in color. This is an ongoing investigation and further information will be released when available.
