Presentations of the Past at the Comstock House

The Comstock House will be hosting Presentations of the Past lecture series.

Dr. Rinita Dahlin (MSUM) will discuss archaeology excavation and exploration of the Comstock Grounds. MSUM Students have worked on the property for two summers to uncover the grounds of the Carriage house, any remaining building materials, and the road leading from 8th Avenue onto the Comstock Grounds. Dahlin will share her findings and discuss her work with the Comstock House.

This presentation will be free with free will donation.  

The Comstock House was built in 1883 by Solomon and Sarah Comstock and remains in pristine condition as a well preserved, Queen Ann Victorian Style home with much of the furniture and home decor still in-tact.
