Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and social distancing guidelines, the 2021 Local Board of Appeal and Equalization meeting will be a hybrid meeting to include teleconference.
Please contact the Assessor’s Office (assessor@cityofmoorhead.com or 218-299-5258) prior to this meeting if you have questions. Many times questions can be answered and issues can be resolved prior to an appeal to the Board. They will also have instructions on how to proceed with a formal appeal if necessary.
Due to the COVID-19 emergency declaration executed on March 16, 2020, Local Board of Appeal and Equalization meeting will be held using virtual meeting technology. The meetings will be live-streamed to the City's Homepage, on the City's YouTube channel, and air on Moorhead Community Access Media (MCAM) on Channel 12 (Midco) or Channel 58 (Sparklight).
