Folkways presents the annual Canoe Parade! Join us for the parade on September 29th at 2:00pm from Viking Ship Park at the Hjemkomst Center to the Bridge at Riverfront Park/Oak Grove Park. Visit canoeparade.com for more information.
The Canoe Parade connects participants and spectators to the river that has shaped the Fargo Moorhead area with a procession of decorated vessels. Paddle in the parade or watch from shore at the viewing areas on the Viking Ship Park River Trails in Moorhead. See the Visitor Guide here.
