Tuesday, July 22 is the fourth of five RiverArts this summer and features a performance by Heavy is the Head and a free photo booth!
Heavy is the Head is described by areavoices.com as "a reggae band with a flair for the moment and serve up some of the best of the genre in a way casual music fans can appreciate." The music and the message that Reggae presents has thrilled music lovers around the world for many generations.
