Volunteers are needed to assist with trash collection along I-94 in city limits.
I-94 Cleanup Day
Thursday, April 21
3:00 - 6:00 pm
Menards Parking Lot (pick-up/drop-off), 3000 27 Ave S, Moorhead, MN
Cleanup Area: Red River to 20 St S, eastbound lane
Shifts will be 1.5 hours long and participants will be transported to cleanup locations. The shifts will be 15 minutes to cleanup site, 1 hour of cleanup, and 15 minutes return trip. Participants are welcome and encouraged to sign up for more than one shift.
- Shift #1: 3:00 - 4:30 pm
- Shift #2: 3:30 - 5:00 pm
- Shift #3: 4:00 - 5:30 pm
- Shift #4: 4:30 - 6:00 pm
Park in the southeast corner of the Menards parking lot and check in upon arrival. Safety vests, gloves, litter grabbers, trash bags, and water will be provided; dress appropriately for the weather.
