A meeting involving members of the City Council will be held at the date, time, and location as indicated above. The number of Council Members present may create a quorum of the City Council; this notice is provided to the public of the potential meeting.
A presentation will be given by Civitas Consultant, Dave Feehan, and Jack Hopkins of Jack Hopkins Consulting Services, on downtown Moorhead. The findings from this report resulted from more than 30 meetings the consultants had with Moorhead business and community leaders.
The report is to initiate conversations with those in the private sector about what Moorhead’s downtown could be, get their feedback and discuss ways they can be more involved.

The FM Area Foundation hired these consultants as a follow up to listening sessions held last year for the residents of Moorhead. The FM Area Foundation strives to be a catalyst for positive change in Cass and Clay counties by convening people to identify and solve community issues.
