Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Moorhead will hold a Public Hearing at the Hjemkomst Center Auditorium, 202 1st Ave N, on Monday, March 4, 2024 at 5:30 pm to consider the following items:
1. Request of City of Moorhead for a Conditional Use Permit to allow excavation and/or fill in the Floodway and Flood Fringe at:
5751 Oakport St N – Parcel 58.881.3005 - PT S1/2 SW1/4 BEG SW1/4 COR; N724.08', E869.35', SE'LY 822.99' AND W1256.89' TO POB EX TRACTS 16-140-48 (abbreviated description – full description available upon request)
At the hearing, the City of Moorhead will afford an opportunity for interested persons to be heard with respect to these items.
