Concrete placement for sidewalks, approaches, etc., to end for season on November 3

With the arrival of winter weather, the City of Moorhead is suspending concrete placement for sidewalks, approaches and all permit-related construction within the City of Moorhead on Friday, November 3, 2023, at 4:30 pm.

This suspension can be lifted with prior approval for short-term pours; exceptions will be made dependent on weather. If you have questions or would like to request an exception, please call 218.299.5394 or email mark.osten@moorheadmn.gov.
