Public Hearing Notice

Please take notice that the City Council of the City of Moorhead will hold a Virtual Public Hearing on Monday, October 26, 2020 at 5:30 pm to consider the following items:

1. Request of Enclave Development LLC to rezone from RC: Regional Commercial/GO: Gateway Overlay to MU-3: Commercial Mixed Use/GO: Gateway Overlay and amend the Comprehensive Plan future land use designation from Regional Commercial to Mixed Use for the following properties:

a. A 1.2 acre portion of 58.161.0010 – 828 30th Avenue S – COMSTOCKS 4TH ADDITION, ALL OF BLOCK 1 & VAC STS & RDSPT OF BLK 1 COMSTOCKS 4TH BEG AT NE COR OF COMSTOCKS 4TH; S697.27', W322.35', N143.55', W177.65', N101.41', E110.63', N142.43', E29.37', N131.46' & E400.95' (abbreviated – full description available upon request).

b. 58.163.0060 – 900 30th Avenue S –Lot 4, Block 2, COMSTOCKS 6TH ADDITION

Due to the COVID-19 emergency declaration executed by Mayor Johnathan Judd on March 16, 2020, the City Council meeting will be held using virtual meeting and conference-calling technology. The meeting will be live-streamed to the City’s Homepage, on the City's YouTube Channel and on air on Moorhead Community Access Media (MCAM) on Midco Channel 12 or CableOne Channel 58.
