Moorhead Sandbag Operations Center (SOC) opens to volunteers Wednesday, March 27 at 9 am. We invite the media to help us get the word out about the need for volunteers - there are spots for 50 people per hour.

Sunday, March 31 | 12 noon - 9 pm
Monday, April 1 - Wednesday, April 3 (or until we meet our goal) | 9 am - 9 pm
Media Interview Opportunity: Public Works Director Steve Moore and Community Policing Coordinator Leann Wallin are leading the sandbag operation and volunteer effort. Both will be at the SOC during the hours of 10 am - 11:30 am Wednesday and will be available for media interviews during this time.
