Landlords and the Minnesota Human Rights Act

The webinar, for Minnesota landlords, presents the best practices in a variety of areas. They include: renting; understanding their responsibilities landlords have under the Minnesota Human Rights Act; and how they can create housing opportunities for people with disabilities, people of color and people with families.

Landlords face many challenges in managing a property. MDHR’s webinar will help them meet their legal obligations and offer suggestions on how to implement best practices on a range of issues, including providing reasonable accommodations; service animals; emotional support animals; and neutral polices or practices that could adversely impact people with disabilities, people of color or another protected class.
