11 St S street improvements to begin Monday, May 22
Street improvement construction on 11 St S from 2 Ave S to 4 Ave S is planned to begin at 7 am on Monday, May 22, depending on weather and other factors. Phase 1 is anticipated to last 6-8 weeks.
Properties in Phase 1 will lose direct access to driveways during this construction phase. Homeowners will park on adjacent streets outside of the designated construction area. During this time, nearby homes not in the construction area should minimize vehicle parking on adjacent streets from 7 am to 7 pm, if possible.
Motorists should expect delays in the area and seek alternate routes.
