Valley Triad is hosting a free seminar featuring experts from Ethos Care who will educate seniors about preventing falls, home modifications, safety recommendations and exercises to improve balance. What is Valley Triad? Valley Triad is a local non-profit made up of Cass and Clay County seniors, service agencies and law enforcement who work together to enhance senior safety. If you would like to get involved, you are invited to attend our monthly meetings held on the last Tuesday of every month at 9:30 am at the Hjemkomst Center, 202 1 Avenue North in Moorhead.
