Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Moorhead will hold a Public Hearing at the Hjemkomst Center Auditorium, 201 1st Ave N, on Monday, May 1, 2023 at 5:30 pm to consider the following items:

Request of S. Koesterman, on behalf of Silver Linings Permanent Supportive Housing, for Vacation of a 10.00-foot Drainage & Utility Easement running along the southerly lot line of Lot 1, Block 1, Bright Sky Addition, less the east 10.00 feet, which is located at 3350 3rd Ave N, Parcel 58.096.0010.

Request of City of Moorhead for Preliminary and Final Plat relating to Eighth Avenue Addition for 800 & 810 Hwy 75 N, Parcels 58.900.0250, 58.900.0251 & 58.900.0205, legally described as that part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 139 North, Range 48 West of the Fifth Meridian, Clay County, Minnesota (abbreviated description – full description available upon request).
At the hearing, the City of Moorhead will afford an opportunity for interested persons to be heard with respect to these items.
