About the Plan
The Clay County MHMP is a multi-jurisdictional plan that covers Clay County, including the cities of Barnesville, Comstock, Dilworth, Felton, Georgetown, Glyndon, Hawley, Hitterdal, Moorhead, Sabin, and Ulen. The Clay County MHMP also incorporates the concerns and needs of townships, school districts, and other stakeholders participating in the plan.
