Moorhead Runaway Located

Joshue Neumayer was located this morning.

Joshua Neumayer, the 13 year old Moorhead boy that ran away on September 29th, has been located and is in the custody of his legal guardian. Neumayer was located without incident thanks to observant citizens. We appreciate all the assistance from the public during this search.
