On October 24, 2019, the Moorhead Police Department arrested a 16-year-old juvenile male from Moorhead regarding an aggravated robbery of a 71 female on Belsly Boulevard. The female was in a common area of an apartment building retrieving her mail at the time of the incident.
The juvenile was transported to the West Central Regional Juvenile Facility and is being held pending formal charges from the Clay County Attorney’s Office for 1st Degree Robbery. The juvenile also has outstanding felony warrants.
