Robert Evans, age 51, was taken into custody on Friday, Oct 18, in Marrietta, OH, by the United States Marshals Service. Evan was wanted locally for the May 1, 2019, robbery of the Gate City Bank located inside the Azool Hornbacher's in Moorhead.

Evans had been on the FBI's Most Wanted List for being suspected of committing crimes in several states. He is currently being held on federal charges and warrants.
