Assistance Requested in Locating Runaway Female

Bell is described as being 5'3", 190 lbs, brown hair, and brown eyes. She has a history of running away and was reported as a runaway in June of 2019. It is possible she is currently in the Fargo-Moorhead, Alexanria, MN, or Perham, MN areas.
