On September 8, 2019 at approximately 9:41 P.M. Moorhead Officers and Clay County Deputies responded to a parking lot in the 1900 block of 18th Avenue South in Moorhead for multiple reports of shots fired. There were no reports of injuries and no one is in custody. Moorhead officers and detectives continue to investigate the incident.
