Hear from experts from Sanford on strokes and heart attacks and a Walgreens pharmacist who will answer some common medication questions. Watch a demonstration on hands-only CPR, visit vendor booths, enjoy a complimentary lunch courtesy of Sanford Health and bring your insurance card to get your flu shot.

Valley TRIAD also wants you to know about another safety opportunity for seniors. A CarFit clinic is coming up on September 13, 2-4 pm, at Sanford Health Southpointe Clinic located at 2400 32 Ave S, Fargo. CarFit is a free, interactive and educational program designed to improve older driver safety. Trained volunteers provide information to ensure the safest "fit" for older drivers and their vehicles.
