Downtown Traffic Alert: Main Avenue Bridge closes at 4 St on Monday, August 19

Main Avenue Veteran's Memorial Bridge will be fully closed beginning 7 am Monday morning

The bridge closure is necessary for Fargo's Main Avenue Construction Project. The 2nd Street South roundabout and Main Avenue Veteran’s Memorial bridge will reopen to drivers and pedestrians in October when the first year of the two-year Main Avenue makeover project work wraps up in downtown Fargo.

The detour for Moorhead drivers traveling west is 8 St to 1 Ave N.
