Traffic Alert: Westbound Lane on Center Ave/Hwy 10 Between 8 St & 11 St Open

Sanitary sewer work on Center Ave/Hwy 10 is complete, and a westbound lane has reopened between 8 St & 11 St. The north lane remains closed in the 800 block due to building construction on the north side of the roadway.
